Welcome to RM Agency ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, platform, and services, including your participation in the RM Collective. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, submitting your portfolio, or participating in casting calls or photoshoots, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are a minor) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. The RM Collective and Talent Registration

The RM Collective is a curated network of talent. Registration does not guarantee booking, employment, or compensation. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove any talent profile at our sole discretion. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.

3. SMS and Mobile Communications

By providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive transactional and promotional SMS/text messages from RM Agency regarding your profile, casting alerts, booking confirmations, reminders, and platform announcements. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any of our messages, although doing so may impact our ability to communicate important booking information to you.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RM Agency or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

5. User Content and Model Releases

You retain ownership of the personal portfolio materials you submit. However, by uploading content, you grant RM Agency a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share your submitted content with prospective clients for the purpose of securing bookings.

Participation in any photoshoot or campaign will require you (or your parent/guardian) to sign a separate Model Release form, which will govern the specific usage rights, compensation, and distribution of the media produced during that engagement.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit false, misleading, or deceptive information.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person, including agency staff or clients.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, user accounts, or computer networks.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RM Agency disclaims all warranties.

RM Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Puerto Rico, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this site and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
